In our first department, the culinary domain, an accomplished head chef, boasting no less than 15 years of expertise, collaborates with the manager to craft a menu tailored to our clients' discerning tastes. With adept supervision, the head chef oversees the entire kitchen team, including chefs, sous chefs, and, of course, our dedicated cleaning personnel.

In our second department, transportation, we feature highly qualified drivers responsible for delivering food in temperature-controlled trucks. They are accompanied by the head waiter, whose role involves overseeing the efficient discharge of meals by the waiting staff.
Service Team
In our third department, experienced waiters, each with assigned tasks, ensure seamless service according to our clients' schedule. Supervised by a team leader, they adhere to regulations, restricting movement between service, dishwashing, and clean-up zones. The head waiter manages the team, addressing administrative matters and considerations, including allergies.
